In one of her more extreme criminal acts involving Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, and Forgery, Lynda Kerr was Federally Investigated by the United States Postal Investigation Service, (USPIS). This led to her arrest on criminal charges and consisting of four Misdemeanor and four Felony counts. A plea deal resulted in a jail sentence of 11 ½ to 23 months at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center.
She caused immeasurable harm to the victim of her fraudulent scheme.
The Postal Investigator who investigated Ms. Kerr wrote a personal letter to the victim thanking him for his cooperating in the investigation and also expressing optimism that the victim would regain his career and piece back together the life that was stolen from him.
