“I would, I was, because I was so involved with caring for Tom that it was important to me because I, I felt a lot of the pain, having gone through seeing what this crazy woman was pulling and having no ability to do anything about it.”

“One time, this was after, I, I had separated, I had backed off and gotten away from, I was so afraid of Lynda and Nick, and the, the, the bizarre folderol, it was just too much goofiness for me to, I just couldn’t deal with it, so I backed off and pulled away, and um, there was a time Tom and I were together and he said “do you know what Lynda did?” He said “she had her daughter over here,” and now he taking them all to supper at, and we had a Ruthie’s Diner where everybody goes for light suppers, and uh, he said, “we were sitting there and her daughter was sitting there” I don’t know how old the daughter is and I don’t – I never met her, uh, but he said “she reached over and reached right down my pants and grabbed my genitals – right in Ruthie’s Diner.” Now, it was so bizarre and I wasn’t there, but that is something Tom would not have made up, and “I just can’t believe her daughter’s sitting on the other side of the table and she’s doing this to me.”

“No, I had, that was during this period when I had backed off because I was terrified, I even quit going to certain meetings where I knew they’d show up, I was that afraid of Lynda and Nick.”

“And I [garbled] even remember if she reached for my throat – she was just such a despicable creature that you wouldn’t want touching you.”

“And I thought she was out of her mind, I mean as in emotionally ill, I just knew she was that kind of violent, awful person that would, that would resort to that kind of activ – you know, to try to scare you.”

“As I said, any time I was suspicious of a place I thought she’d be – there’s a place over called Jerome Pennsylvania where they all go to meetings, I wouldn’t go there because I knew she’d show up and I wouldn’t go to the one in Ligonier because I knew she and Nick would show up at that one. Anyplace where I though she and Nick would show up I would not go; oh, I’m terrified of her!”

“You never know what the truth when it came from Lynda.”
