While Lynda was incarcerated for a week in the Jefferson County Jail prior to her criminal hearing in Punxsutawney, (where she would plead guilty to stealing a computer), a private investigator, (Bernie Dudas) met with her on multiple occasions. Even though she is in jail, the scamming never ends and Lynda made many statements to manipulate the detective and send him on a few wild goose chases.
Specifically, she claimed to have privileged information about “bad cops” and “bad State Troopers” who were involved with drug sales, child pornography, and other terrible things. Ms. Kerr tried to leverage this “information” to help her situation. She is actually claiming that Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Max Camp will KILL HER if she talks about what she claims to know about his purported illegal activities.
