After being convicted of theft of narcotics from the Clearfield Hospital, the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing went after her recently acquired LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License. Lynda “surrendered” her LPN with full knowledge that the Board would be revoking it anyway as a result of her criminal theft of narcotics from the Clearfield Hospital as well as her growing narcotics addiction.
