At one of Ms. Kerr’s criminal sentencing hearings, under oath, Ms. Kerr testified that she volunteered with the American Cancer Society, hoping that her lie would put her in a more favorable light with the Judge before he sentenced her. Someone provided a transcription of the hearing to the American Cancer Society. Clearly the ACS was very upset to learn that Ms. Kerr has been fraudulently associating herself with their outstanding organization. The American Cancer Society responded immediately by producing an official letter stating that Ms. Kerr had no affiliation with the ACS. The letter was distributed throughout Cambria County.
